Body weight exercises don't use any equipment. These are important for people with joint issues that will be aggravated by extra resistance. If you're travelling, you can do them anywhere. If you go to the gym, you can do them for variety.
This video covers cardio warm up, upper body, lower body and core. I demonstrate form for each exercise and tell you what your initial goal is and what your reach goal is. I also offer suggestions to modify.
