Hollow Hold Works the Anterior Chain of Your Core
Hollow hold is a complete core move that works the anterior chain of your core. The diaphragm and abdominal muscles get worked as well as part of the hip flexors and some quadriceps. Dan Herrle, using our model, shows 3 different versions of this move for every fitness level. In yoga, it’s called the boat move. It uses the transverse abs, rectus abs and obliques. It’s a solid move to get your entire core involved. You can do it anywhere and don’t need any special equipment.
