Staying Ahead of the Negative Effects of Aging
We’re not going to change the fact that we are going to age. But what we can do is stay ahead of the negative effects of aging by keeping more flexible and agile. Adding these mobility moves into your daily routine will help you stay mobile throughout your day and stave off the tightness in your body that can contribute to injuries as we get older. Being proactive and consistent staves off getting tighter as we age. It makes it easier to move around.
