Exercises for Golfers to Reduce Lower Back Pain

Golfers often experience lower back pain because of the golf swing’s repetitive motion in one direction. This motion produces an asymmetry in the muscle conditioning which can lead to the pain.

The exercises described in this video should always be performed in both directions so as to equalize the muscle conditioning on both sides of the body.
