Interview with Eric Bell of New Body Training
Recently I had the opportunity to interview Eric Bell about Intermittent Fasting (IF). Eric has used this technique on himself and his clients, with great success. Intermittent Fasting isn’t for everyone but if you are healthy and your goal is to become leaner this might be your answer.
