Take Your Workout Outside in the Park

In our latest video, Eric, Kim and I show you how to change your regular workout routine by going outside and doing body-weight exercises in a park setting. Do each move until you are winded, or it becomes difficult. Move on to the next exercise and do the same. When you have completed each move this way then start over. Do this circuit 3 to 5 times or for as long as your schedule permits.
